Product information and pricing

We try to keep product photos, specifications, stock status, and prices accurate. However, information may change due to brand updates, supplier changes, currency movement, or stock availability. Retail prices are visible to all visitors. Wholesale prices are available only to approved dealer or reseller accounts.

Orders and confirmation

Submitting an order does not mean the order is automatically confirmed. Wholesale Electronics may verify product availability, customer information, payment status, and delivery details before final confirmation. We may cancel or hold any order if information is incomplete, stock is unavailable, or suspicious activity is detected.

Payment and delivery

Payment method, delivery time, and courier availability may vary depending on order type and delivery location. Customers are responsible for providing correct mobile number, name, and address. Delay caused by incorrect information, courier issues, weather, or unavoidable events is outside our direct control.

Returns and refunds

Sold goods are not refundable unless Wholesale Electronics confirms a valid exception in writing. Any return or exchange request must be made with original purchase proof, complete packaging, accessories, and an undamaged product condition.

Warranty

Warranty support follows the applicable brand, importer, or supplier policy. Warranty is void for physical damage, burn issue, liquid damage, removed warranty seal, unauthorized repair, misuse, or missing purchase proof. Read our full Warranty Policy before making a claim.

Account responsibility

Customers and dealers are responsible for keeping login credentials secure. Wholesale accounts must not share protected trade pricing publicly or misuse dealer privileges.

Limitation of liability

Wholesale Electronics is not liable for indirect loss, business interruption, data loss, or third-party service issues. Our responsibility is limited to the product or order value confirmed by us.
